Before proceeding to your registration to BioVision Forum, please read carefully the information given bellow:

The list below indicates the registration details for each category of participants.

Once you have defined your category, please proceed to the REGISTRATION section at the bottom of this page.

Entrance to BioVision includes
 

  • Unlimited access to all the conference sessions
  • Admission to the exhibition area
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on-site
  • BioVision Final Programme and delegate bag

  • Debate Dinners (fee according to your category)

Registration will be closed after February 27. No registration available on site.

(Entrance limited, please present your student card  to withdraw your badge on the show site)

Payment

If you are subject to payment, you will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment shortly after your registration. This invoice is payable within 15 business days.

Modification & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent before February 27th, 2009 by fax (+33 4 78 92 70 15) or by e-mail: celine.dumanoir@biovision.org in order to get a refund (a charge of 20% of the total registration fees will be withheld in order to cover administration and banking costs).
Refunds will be processed after the conference.

After February 27th 2009, no refund will be possible but a copy of the proceedings will be delivered after the conference.

NB: No-show will be billed based on the full registration fee.
